Astro West Nantan Meteorite in Collectors Box in Silver

Description

-Discovered in 1958 in Guangxi, China, while searching for materials for smelting, the Nantan meteor is believed to have fallen to earth in 1516. Primarily meteoric iron, these meteorites have a concentration of 6.96% nickel. The largest fragment found thus far weighs 4,400 pounds.
