The Precious Tapestry of Time
Time, a river flowing swift and true, Each moment a gift, precious and new. Minutes tick by, never to return, A lesson we’re constantly to learn.
Life’s tapestry, woven day by day, With threads of joy, love, and come what may. Seventy summers, winters, and springs, Birthdays and Christmases, precious things.
Embrace each second, both shine and shade, For from these, our memories are made. The laughter, tears, triumphs, and falls, All paint the beauty upon life’s walls.
Hold tight to those you hold most dear, Let go of grudges, banish all fear. Forgive freely, forget what’s past, Make each connection one that will last.
In darkness, seek out the guiding light, In joy, let your spirit soar in flight. Each challenge faced, a lesson learned, Each kindness shared, a treasure earned.
So seize this day, this fleeting hour, Let love and compassion be your power. Make this world brighter, kinder, true, For life’s brief candle burns for you.
Remember, as each new dawn arrives, We have the chance to change our lives. To lift others, to grow, to care, To make each precious moment rare.
Life’s not measured in years, but deeds, In laughter shared, in planting seeds. Of hope and kindness, far and wide, Creating ripples on time’s great tide.
So live with purpose, love without end, Cherish each moment, foe and friend. For in this grand, cosmic dance we’re in, Each heartbeat’s a chance to begin again.
